Housing Solutions Alliance has been providing Fee Accounting Services for over 30 years.

Currently HSA provides accounting services for 137 Housing Authorities throughout seven states totaling 183 ledgers for Public Housing, Section 8, Rural Rental & FHA financed/ Tax credit properties.

Each agency is provided a monthly Financial Statement including a Balance Sheet, Income & Expense Report, Capital Fund Report, General Ledger, Transaction Ledger and Bank Reconciliation.

HSA is now able to offer turnkey software solutions for Entire Housing Authority Management. The beauty of the software is that it is web-based, that means no equipment to purchase no installation of software to your computer. There are no additional costs for updates or service. This also provides a good way to ensure your data is backed up in several locations off-site; you never know when a disaster may strike.
