Micah has worked with Housing Solutions Alliance, LLC since 2008, when he joined to serve as asset manager. Before joining HSA he was employed in basic science research, flight instruction, and computer networking engineering.
From 1998 to 2005, he worked in the laboratory of David J. Lefer, Ph.D., in the department of Molecular and Cellular Physiology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. Aiding the research of myocardial infarction and congestive heart failure (heart attack and heart disease), Mr. Strange was several times a published author in peer-reviewed scientific journals but eventually served the lab primarily by managing new employees, devices and equipment while helping to review and submit journal articles and grant proposals.
Vice-President of Development
He left full-time research to train in aviation at Louisiana Tech University in 2001. After completing his training he served as a primary, instrument, and commercial flight instructor at Louisiana Tech University and the Aero Club at Barksdale Air Force Base (before its closure in 2006) and as an independent contractor.
In 2006, a flight student hired Mr. Strange to work in his computer network consulting firm, Cyber technology Group, LLC, as a network engineer and consultant. During his 18 months in this job, Mr. Strange enjoyed substantial growth in his responsibilities as client advocate, managing the incoming client task load among coworkers, and serving as a watchdog for client backups.
Micah is a 1999 graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana and a 2004 graduate of Louisiana Tech University.
