HSA will send inspectors to your area and with the assistance of the PHA staff will set up appointments to view private market properties and rate them using our Rent Reasonableness Survey Forms. (The number of Surveys provided will be determined by the number of Section 8 units The PHA has.) The PHA will be provided with the surveys in electronic format along with a bound hard copy.
