In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, the Bay Waveland Housing Authority partnered with HSA to rebuild its housing portfolio. Oak Haven, an 80-unit development designed for seniors encompasses insulated concrete form construction to withstand future hurricane force winds. This $13 million project was completed in 2010.
