Having received a RAD CHAP award in 2014, the Yazoo City Housing Authority with HSA as development partner completed the 82-unit, $9.5 million rehabilitation of Magnolia Crossing in 2015. The project included LIHTC equity, HOME funds, an AHP grant and seller financing to complete the rehabilitation. This is the first phase of a plan to rehabilitate all 286 units in the portfolio.
