This 24-unit single family project is part of a planned demolition of an existing 72-unit development built in 1948 called Booker T. Washington Homes for Lake Charles, Louisiana Housing Authority. Design as a single-family to reduce density and blend with the surrounding neighborhood, Kingsley Court was completed in 2012 at a total development cost of $6.4 million.
