This first phase redevelopment of an existing 50-year old project called Riverwood was completed in 2007 for the Bossier City Louisiana Housing Authority. The Housing Authority purchased the 40-acre Riverwood project from HUD in 1996. HSA developed a master plan to replace all existing units with new, affordable residences offering a variety of unit types for both family and elderly.
