Bayou Ridge Apartments (formerly Wesley Chapel) was acquired by the East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority from HUD in 2000. HSA was engaged to oversee the financing and development process and completed an $11 million “gut” rehab in 2011. A new Neighborhood Network Center was constructed along with many “green” features.
