This 42-unit townhome project is part of a planned demolition of an existing 100-unit development built in 1958 called Colonial Courts for The East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority. The mixed-finance plan includes leveraging investor equity from Hudson Capital with CFFP, an AHP Grant, City RDA grant and permanent financing. The $10.6 million effort was completed in 2012.
