This 36-unit family development replaces an existing project located adjacent to the Exxon-Mobil refinery in Baytown, Texas. In addition to a strong mix of units based on market demand, the project includes public housing and Section 8 project based units while leveraging LIHTC to complete the $8.5 million initiative in 2014.
