Nancy Mariscal was hired in May 2008 as an accountant/data entry clerk in the accounting department. She is responsible for monthly fee accounting for several public housing agencies. Nancy is also responsible for preparing section 8 HAP checks and the preparation and issuance of W-2’s and 1099’s at the end of the year. Nancy had previously worked for Miller & Associates in the Insurance Administration Department until it closed in 2003.
